Required Qualification	a) Ph.D. b) MS / M. Phil/MSc in Biotechnology / Molecular Biology / Bioinformatics / Molecular Medicine or Relevant Biological Sciences
Required Experience	For Ph.D Nil experience required For MS / M. Phil/MSc 2 to 5 years of experience
Brief Job Description	• Experience in pathogen genomics and large-scale biological data analysis. • Demonstrated expertise in NGS data analysis (Viral genomics, metagenomics, immune informatics, proteomics). • Experience in protein biochemistry supporting infectious disease research. • Well versed with Alpha Fold-3, protein expression, immune informatics, protein purification AKTA/FPLC system. • Preferable hands-on experience applying AI/ML approaches for vaccine antigen predication, epitope mapping and structural based vaccine design.
